When you come for your visit, our staff will do all they can to make sure you’re comfortable. Our office is a comfortable space; relax and know we care about you and your wellbeing.
The Initial Consult
New patient onboarding is a two-step process. Your initial consultation will take about 1 hour. During this time, a detailed medical history is compiled. Your doctor will also listen to your story, hear about your lifestyle and any habits that might be contributing to the issue. Your doctor wants to get a complete picture of what’s going on.
The doctor will also explain what chiropractic is and how it applies to your situation. Any questions you might have will be answered at this time as well. We make sure you understand and agree with every facet of your treatment.
Next, you’ll receive a thorough physical examination, including x-rays, as necessary. The doctor will review your intake forms, history and exams to formulate a care plan unique to your issues.
When You Return
The next visit is the Report of Findings. The doctor will go over your exams, explain what was found and how it’s affecting you. If we believe our care can help you, you’ll receive our recommendations for care. This includes what treatments will be done, the frequency of visits and how long it will take. This visit typically runs 20-30 minutes.
Future visits, if you continue care, are 10-15 minutes. Reassessments are done as needed, on an individual basis.
Payments and Finance
Our staff will discuss financial issues on either your first or second visit. We advise our patients to contact their insurance company prior to the initial consult to ensure you have accurate information.
We are in-network with several insurance companies, Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, McLaren, Physicians Health Plan, CIGNA, and Priority Health. Please contact us to verify coverage. Major credit cards are accepted.
